Payment Terms & Refund Policy

These terms form part of our standard Terms and Conditions. If you register for a paid level of membership on the Green Street website, you agree to these Payment Terms and accept the Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not sign up for a paid Membership Package.

Membership Account Levels

Green Street currently offers three levels of membership (“Membership Packages”). There is a free Membership Package and two paid subscription levels. The Membership Package options are available when you register on the Site. Once registered and signed in, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any time via your Account page.

Your Membership Package will begin the day you complete the registration process and payment is processed through our payment gateway, whichever comes later. Your membership at your selected Membership Package will continue on a year-to-year basis, unless you cancel your account, change your Membership Package, or we terminate it according to these Terms or our Terms and Conditions.

Green Street will bill your yearly Membership Package fee to your current payment method. You must cancel or change your Membership Package before it automatically renews each year to avoid being charged for the following year’s Membership Package at the previous rate.

Green Street will communicate any additional terms relating to your selected Membership Package via email (or other communication channel) when you create and sign up for your Membership Account Level. Green Street reserves the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend the Membership Packages at any time and for any reason.

Fees and Payments

By completing the registration on the Site for your selected Membership Package and providing your preferred payment method, you authorise Green Street and/or our third-party payment processors to charge your respective payment method on a recurring yearly basis, at the current fee. This means you authorise Green Street to collect payment for your Membership fees from your chosen payment method without further consent from you, until you cancel your Membership Account or until these Terms are terminated or suspended.

Green Street does not guarantee that the Membership Packages offered on the Site will be offered indefinitely and reserves the right to adjust the pricing for our Services or any features of the Services in any manner and at any time. Except as otherwise expressly provided under these Terms, any changes in the pricing of Membership Account Level fees shall come into force after Green Street has provided you with e-mail notice of the change/s.

The subscription fee for the Services will be billed at the beginning of the term of your Membership Package and each year after that. Green Street reserves the right to modify or otherwise change billing dates. In the event your Membership Package begins on a day that is not contained in a given month, Green Street may bill your payment method on the next day in the following month or such other day as Green Street deems appropriate.

Payments for the Services are processed via Payment Gateways, which are external third-party payment processing vendors. The use of their services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. The Payment Gateway processes your payment using the payment information you have provided. Green Street does NOT directly or indirectly, receive, retain, store or use your credit card information.

If payment for the Services is not successfully charged, due to credit card expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not edit your payment method information, cancel your Member Package or downgrade to a free account, you shall remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. This means you authorise Green Street to continue billing your selected payment method, as it becomes available and/or updated. If the issuer of your credit card or other payment method charges you transaction fees or other charges, Green Street is not responsible for such fees or charges.

Refund Policy

If you downgrade your Membership Package at any time during the subscription period before your next annual renewal is due, you will not be eligible for a pro-rata refund.

Payments made by you to Green Street for Services provided are, as a general rule, not refundable. However, in its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, Green Street may provide you with a refund or other consideration. To request a refund, you must submit a written notice to Green Street within fourteen (14) calendar days of the start date of the purchase of the Service. Any refund granted does not entitle you to further refunds or other considerations in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate Green Street to provide such refunds to you or other Members in the future under any circumstances.
