How to earn this badge

For help with sustainability planning, see these resources: Sustainability Policy; Planning for Micro-businesses; Planning for Enterprises; Carbon Management System.

If you do five or more of these, you will earn a Green Planning Badge (Workplace).

  1. We have a sustainability policy which measures up against accepted world standards
  2. Sustainability is a solid thread throughout our strategic and operational plans
  3. Staff are trained in sustainability practices
  4. Each work area has its own sustainability plan
  5. We track progress against sustainability targets and include our stakeholders in that process
  6. We engage with suppliers and other stakeholders to set, review and change sustainability plans
  7. We have a sustainable procurement policy
